Mahi Mahi fish is a surface-dwelling ray-finned fish found in off-shore temperate, tropical, and subtropical waters worldwide. Mahi Mahi fish is suitable for marinating and grilling. Mahi Mahi Fish is really tasty and yummy to eat and an excellent source of healthy, extra lean protein. It is also low in saturated fat and low in sodium. It is rich in niacin, vitamin B12, phosphorus, and selenium. Hawaii Mahi Mahi also provides about 400 mg of omega-3's (DHA and EPA) per 4 ounce serving of fresh fish. In this video, we are going to show you a straightforward and quick Mahi Mahi Fish recipe.

Ingredients for marinade:

Mahi Mahi 3 slices
Ground Flour 1 tbsp
Corn Flour 1/2 tbsp
Salt (to taste)
Black Pepper (to taste)
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Ginger Paste 1 tbsp
Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Olive Oil (as required)

Ingredients for mango salsa:

Mango 1
Onion 1/2
Tomato 1/2
Green Onion 2 tbsp
Cilantro 2 tbsp
Jalapeno 1/2
Lime 1/2
Salt (to taste)
Black Pepper (to taste)

Directions:

1) In the first step we will marinate the slices of mahi-mahi fish. We are using 3 slices of mahi-mahi fish, place the slices in a plate and then sprinkle 1 tbsp of ground flour after sprinkling ground flour then sprinkle ½ tbsp of cornflour.
2) Sprinkle some salt according to your taste and sprinkle some black pepper (to taste) on mahi-mahi fish.
3) Sprinkle 1 tbsp of lemon juice, ginger paste ½ tbsp, garlic paste ½ tbsp and mix it well.
4) Heat a sautee pan and add some olive oil in the pan put the mahi-mahi slices in pan and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame after five minutes turn the mahi-mahi fish slices and cook the slices for about 5 more minutes.

In the next step, we will make Mango Salsa:
5) Take a bowl cut 1 mango in cubes and add, 1/2 onion chopped, 1/2 tomato chopped, 2 tbsp of green onion, 2 tbsp of cilantro, 1/2 tbsp jalapeno.
6) Squeeze 1/2 lime, sprinkle some salt according to your taste and sprinkle some black pepper and mix it well, the Mango Salsa is ready to eat
7) Dish out the mahi-mahi fish in a platter with Mango Salsa and enjoy it.
