🌿 60 g fresh mint

Instructions
1- Prepare the Kofta Kebab:
- Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the beef, parsley, and chopped onion.
- Add black pepper, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Shape the mixture into elongated kebab shapes and place them on a baking tray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
2- Cook the Basmati Rice:
- Rinse the basmati rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a medium-sized pot, bring the water to a boil. Add the bay leaves, cloves, cardamom, and turmeric.
- Add the rinsed rice to the pot, stir well, and cover.
- Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes or until the rice is cooked and the water is absorbed.
- Remove from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes before fluffing the rice with a fork. Discard the bay leaves.
3- Prepare the Herb Salad:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped onion, fresh mint, and parsley.
