Instructions

- Aim for approximately 6 balls.
4- Prepare Rolling Surface:
- Prepare your rolling surface by dusting it lightly with flour.
5- Roll Dough:
- Take one dough ball and press it slightly with your fingers.
- Use a rolling pin to flatten it into a round flatbread, about 6-8 inches in diameter.
- Add flour as necessary to prevent sticking.
6- Heat Pan:
- Heat a non-stick tawa or frying pan over medium heat.
7- Cook Flatbread:
- Place a rolled flatbread onto the hot pan.
- Cook each side until light brown spots appear, pressing gently with a spatula to ensure even cooking and puffing.
8- Finish Cooking:
- Once both sides are browned and the bread is slightly puffed, remove from the heat.
9- Repeat Process:
- Repeat the process with the remaining dough balls.
