Ingredients
š 1 Bajan Salt Bread Roll pre-baked
š 2-3 slices of Glazed Ham traditional honey and pineapple glazed pre-cooked
š§ 1-2 slices of Australian Grassfed Cheddar Cheese Emporium Selection
š„ 1 Fried Egg seasoned with salt and pepper
š¶ļø A generous drizzle of Lottie's Original Barbados Recipe Hot Pepper Sauce
Instructions
1- Prepare the Salt Bread Rolls:
- Divide the dough into small, oval-shaped portions.
- Bake until golden brown and slightly risen on a preheated pizza pan or baking sheet.
2- Assemble the Ham Cutter:
- Using the Dalstrong bread knife, slice a pre-baked salt bread roll horizontally, maintaining a hinge.
- Layer 2-3 slices of glazed ham inside the bread.
- Drizzle Lottie's Hot Pepper Sauce generously over the ham.
- Close the sandwich gently.
3- Assemble the Cheese and Egg Cutter:
- With the serrated bread knife, slice open another pre-baked roll, leaving a hinge.
- Place 1-2 slices of cheddar cheese inside.
- Gently lay a fried egg (sunny-side up, seasoned) over the cheese.
- Add another slice of cheddar on top of the egg.
