Ingredients
🥓 500 g Rimi Minced Pork
🥕 2 Carrots
🌿 20 g Fresh Parsley
🧅 1 Onion
🧄 3 Garlic Cloves
🥬 1 kg Fresh Cabbage
🌿 5 g Rimi Cumin
🍶 1 tablespoon Rimi Dark Soy Sauce
🍚 1 Handful Rimi Steamed Long-Grain Rice
🧂 1 teaspoon Salt
🧂 1 teaspoon Pepper
🛢️ 2 tablespoons Cooking Oil
Instructions
1- Prepare the Vegetables:
- Peel and grate the carrots.
- Finely chop the parsley.
- Dice the onion and mince the garlic cloves.
2- Sauté Aromatics:
- Heat a splash of cooking oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the diced onions, sauté until translucent.
3- Brown the Meat:
- Add the minced pork to the pot.
- Cook while stirring to break up the meat until it browns.
4- Season the Meat:
- Sprinkle in the cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir to incorporate.
5- Add Garlic and Carrots:
- Incorporate the minced garlic and grated carrots. Cook for a few minutes.
6- Incorporate Soy Sauce:

7- Prepare and Add Cabbage:
- Cut the cabbage into halves, then slice thinly.
