🥚 1 egg
🧅 2 red onions, finely diced
🍞 1 bread roll
🍞 1 teaspoon breadcrumbs

🥛 150ml milk
🧂 1 teaspoon salt
🌶️ 1/2 teaspoon pepper
🔸 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
🛢️ 2-3 tablespoons oil or lard
Instructions
1- Preparation:
- Finely dice the red onions and mince the garlic clove.
- Place the bread roll in a bowl and pour the milk over it. Allow it to soak for 10 minutes.
2- Sautéing:
- Heat oil in a purple and white frying pan over medium heat on a Siemens stovetop.
- Add the diced onions to the pan, sautéing until softened.
- Incorporate minced garlic, sautéing briefly before removing from heat.
3- Mixing:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine minced meat, sautéed onions, and garlic.
- Add the egg, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and breadcrumbs to the mixture.
- Squeeze excess milk from the soaked bread roll and incorporate it into the mixture.
- Mix thoroughly by hand until fully blended.
4- Shaping Patties:
- Prepare a bowl of water to moisten your hands and a plate with breadcrumbs for coating.
- Moisten hands, take a portion of the mixture, and shape it into a round, flat patty.
- Evenly coat each patty in breadcrumbs.
5- Cooking:
- In the frying pan, heat a generous amount of lard or oil.
- Carefully place the breaded patties in the pan.
- Fry for approximately 6 minutes per side, until golden brown and fully cooked.
6- Serving:
- Serve hot, accompanied by mashed potatoes and garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
