Ingredients
🥚 6 large eggs, 4 for filling, 2 for garnish
🦐 200-300g "STORA RÄKOR FLAKE" shrimp, shelled and chopped for filling, some whole for garnish
🦞 150-200g "KRAFT KRÄFTSTJÄRTAR FLÄKE" crayfish, chopped for filling
🥄 4-5 tablespoons "HELLMANN'S REAL MAYONNAISE" for shrimp mix
🥄 4-5 tablespoons "HELLMANN'S REAL MAYONNAISE" for egg mix
🥄 3-4 tablespoons "HELLMANN'S REAL MAYONNAISE" for crayfish mix
🍶 2-3 tablespoons "ÄNGLAMARK EKOLOGISK CRÈME FRAICHE NATUR" for shrimp mix

🥄 1-2 tablespoons chopped dried dill for shrimp mix
🧄 1-2 tablespoons chopped chive, fresh or dried, for egg mix
🧅 1/2 small red onion, finely diced for crayfish mix
🍞 16 slices white bread, crusts removed
🧀 1 tub (300g) "PHILADELPHIA ORIGINAL CREAM CHEESE TASTE"
🥒 1 large cucumber sliced for decoration
🍣 100-150g smoked salmon, thinly sliced, for topping
🎣 2-3 tablespoons red lumpfish roe for topping
🥗 A handful of mache salad (Lamb's Lettuce) for garnish
🍋 1 lemon sliced for decoration
🌿 Fresh dill sprigs for decoration
Instructions
1- Boil Eggs:
- Hard boil the 6 eggs.
- Cool them under cold water, then peel.
2- Prepare Shrimp Mix:
- Chop the peeled shrimp.
- Mix them with 4-5 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2-3 tablespoons of crème fraîche, and 1-2 tablespoons of chopped dill.
- Blend thoroughly.
3- Prepare Egg Mix:
- Chop 4 boiled eggs.
- Mix with another 4-5 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 1-2 tablespoons of chopped chives.
- Blend thoroughly.
4- Prepare Crayfish Mix:
- Finely chop crayfish tails.
- Mix with 3-4 tablespoons mayonnaise, 2-3 tablespoons crème fraîche, and diced red onion.
- Blend thoroughly.
5- Prepare Bread Base:
- Trim crusts from bread slices.
- Line a surface with baking paper and arrange 9 slices into a 3x3 square.
6- Assemble First Layer:
- Evenly spread shrimp mix over the bread base.
7- Assemble Second Layer:
- Add 9 more bread slices.
- Spread egg mix over this layer.
8- Assemble Third Layer:
- Add another 9 bread slices.
- Spread crayfish mix evenly.
9- Top Layer and Compact:
- Finish with the final 9 bread slices.
- Press gently to compact the cake.
10- Coat the Cake:
- Mix cream cheese with the remaining crème fraîche.
- Spread it over the entire cake including sides.
11- Refrigerate:
- Transfer onto a glass serving plate.
- Refrigerate overnight for flavors to meld.
12- Decorate:
- Arrange cucumber slices around the cake.
- Top with smoked salmon, whole shrimp, halved or wedged eggs, and dollops of lumpfish roe.
- Garnish with mache salad, lemon slices, and dill sprigs.
