🧅 1 onion, finely chopped
🍷 100 ml white wine, Istrian Malvasia
🥕 1 carrot, sliced
🌿 1 bunch parsley, chopped
🥬 1 stalk celery, chopped
🍲 500 ml chicken broth, Podravka
🌿 A few sprigs of rosemary
🌿 A pinch of Mediterranean herbs
🧂 A pinch of nutmeg
🍅 2 tablespoons tomato paste, Mutti
🌶️ 1 tablespoon paprika, Aleva
🫒 1 tablespoon olive oil, Olitalia
🛢️ 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions
1- Prep the Ingredients:
- Begin by preparing your vegetables.
- Chop the onion, slice the carrot, and chop the parsley and celery. Set them aside.
2- Sauté the Onion:
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil and vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
3- Brown the Chicken:
- Add the chicken pieces to the pot and brown on all sides.
- This will seal in the juices and add flavor.
4- Deglaze with Wine:
- Pour the white wine into the pot and let it simmer.
- Allow the alcohol to evaporate and the flavor to infuse the chicken.
5- Add Vegetables and Seasoning:
- Stir in the carrot, parsley, celery, rosemary, Mediterranean herbs, and nutmeg.
- Mix thoroughly.
6- Incorporate Broth and Tomato Paste:
