🍋 1 Lemon zest and juice Sunkist
🥚 2 Eggs
🥛 100 g Crème fraîche Valio Crème Fraîche 18%
🧂 1 tsp Salt
🌶️ 0.5 tsp White pepper
🧈 2 tbsp Butter for frying

Instructions
1- Prepare the Ingredients:
- Cut the boneless pike fillet into smaller pieces.
- Grate the zest of the lemon directly into the food processor.
- Squeeze the juice from half the lemon into the processor.
2- Mix the Ingredients:
- Add the pike pieces, eggs, salt, white pepper, and crème fraîche into the food processor.
- Process until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
3- Form and Fry the Patties:
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add 2 tbsp of butter.
- Once the butter is melted and hot, spoon the fish mixture into the pan, forming patties in the circular molds.
- Fry the patties on medium-low heat until they’re golden brown on both sides and cooked through.
4- Serve:
- Transfer the patties to a serving plate.
- Serve the patties immediately with mashed potatoes, a fresh green salad, and optional cucumber slices.
