2- Extract the Juice:
- Remove the saucepan from the stove. Carefully pour the contents into a white plastic colander placed over a bowl or empty saucepan to catch the juice.

- Return the collected blueberry juice to the original saucepan.
- Squeeze in the juice of one lemon and add the zest.
- Add 1-2 McCormick cinnamon sticks for flavor.
4- Simmer and Thicken:
- Place the saucepan back on the stove and bring the liquid to a simmer.
- In a separate small bowl, combine 1-2 tablespoons of cornstarch with a little cold water to make a slurry.
- Slowly whisk the cornstarch slurry into the simmering blueberry mixture until thickened to desired consistency.
5- Serve:
- Ladle the thick, smooth Mustikkakeitto into a white serving bowl with a grey geometric pattern.
