🍯 0.50 oz simple syrup made from water and sugar
🍺 Sodas Marco spruce beer to top off

🍋 Dried lemon wheel for garnish

Instructions
1- Prepare the Shaker:
- Fill a gold-colored Boston shaker with ice.
2- Mix Ingredients:
- Add 1.5 oz of Wabasso Conifère gin, 0.75 oz of fresh lemon juice, and 0.50 oz of simple syrup into the shaker.
3- Shake:
- Secure the shaker’s lid and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds until well chilled.
4- Prepare the Glass:
- Fill a tall Collins glass with fresh ice.
5- Strain:
- Using a julep strainer, pour the chilled mixture into the prepared glass.
6- Top Off:
