Instructions
1- Preheat Your Oven:
- Set your oven to 225°C (430°F).
2- Sauté Onions:
- In a generic non-stick frying pan, melt a generous amount of butter.
- Add the sliced onions and sauté until they become translucent and slightly browned. Set them aside.
3- Grate the Potatoes:
- Using a stainless steel box grater, peel and grate the potatoes into thin matchsticks and place them in a bowl.
4- Prepare Anchovies:
- Drain the brine from the anchovies into a separate small bowl, then chop the fillets into smaller pieces.
5- Grease the Baking Dish:
