Ingredients

π₯ 4-5 Mt. Olive Kosher Dill Spears
πΆοΈ Dry rub or seasoning blend
π§ Colby Jack cheese block enough to grate and form 4-5 crisps
πΆ Ranch dressing for dipping
Instructions
1- Prepare Your Workspace:
- Clear a clean surface or cutting board to lay out your bacon slices.
2- Season & Wrap:
- π₯ Open the bacon package and lay out individual strips.
- πΆοΈ Sprinkle a generous amount of dry rub/seasoning over one side of each bacon strip.
- π₯ Take a dill pickle spear and wrap it tightly with a seasoned bacon strip. Repeat with the remaining spears.
3- Cook the Bacon-Wrapped Pickles:
- π₯ Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
- π₯ Carefully place bacon-wrapped pickle spears into the pan.
- π Turn frequently with tongs, cooking until bacon is crispy and golden on all sides.
- π₯ Once done, remove from pan and set aside.
4- Create Cheese Crisps:
- π§ Grate a generous amount of Colby Jack cheese.
- π₯ Place a pile of cheese into the hot pan, forming a small circular or oval shape.
- π Allow to melt and crisp until it forms a solid, slightly browned cheese crisp.
5- Assemble the Final Dish:
- π₯ Place one cooked bacon-wrapped pickle spear onto one side of the hot cheese crisp.
- π Using a spatula, fold the cheese crisp over the pickle, encasing it in the cheese. The heat helps the cheese adhere.

6- Serve:
- π½οΈ Arrange on a serving plate and serve with ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
