๐ฅ 1 teaspoon potato seasoning, generic brand
๐ฅฉ 1 teaspoon meat seasoning, generic brand
๐ถ๏ธ 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
๐ถ๏ธ 1 teaspoon paprika flakes
๐ฟ Fresh herbs for garnish, dill and parsley
Instructions
1- Preparation:
- Peel and cut the pumpkin and potatoes into medium-sized chunks.
- Slice the onion thinly.
- Cut the pork into medium-sized chunks.
2- Mixing:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the meat, potatoes, pumpkin, and onion.
- Add the mayonnaise, olive oil, salt, black pepper, potato seasoning, meat seasoning, smoked paprika, and paprika flakes.
- Toss everything well using kitchen tongs or your hands until evenly coated.
3- Preparation for Baking:
- Transfer the mixture into a large baking dish.
- Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil.
4- Cooking:
- Preheat your Whirlpool oven to 200ยฐC (392ยฐF).
- Place the covered baking dish into the preheated oven and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes to allow the top to brown slightly.
5- Garnishing and Serving:
- Remove the dish from the oven and allow it to cool slightly.
- Garnish generously with fresh chopped dill and parsley before serving.
