Cook Time: 8-9 minutes
Total Time: 25-30 minutes
Equipment: Breville electric wok, orange silicone spatula, tongs, various bowls, brown serving bowl

Cooking Tips

  • Walleye cheeks can dry out easily; do not exceed 3-4 minutes of cooking.
  • Allow the sauce to rest; it will keep thickening off the heat.
