Instructions

1- Marinate the Shrimp:

  • Place the shrimp in a mixing bowl.
  • Squeeze the juice from half a lemon over the shrimp.
  • Let it marinate for approximately 15 minutes.

2- Prepare the Base:

  • Heat a non-stick cooking pan over a medium-flame gas stovetop.
  • Add the dendê oil to the pan.
  • Add the chopped onion, garlic, tomato, and cilantro to the pan.
  • Stir with a wooden spoon.

3- Build the Flavor:

  • Add the pepper sauce and garlic/salt seasoning to the pan.
  • Sauté all the ingredients for about 2-3 minutes until they soften and meld together.
