🍺 500ml dark beer e.g., Guinness
🍖 1.5 kg pork shoulder (bondiola), cubed

🌿 1 teaspoon dried thyme
🍃 2 bay leaves
🌿 Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
1- Prep the Vegetables:
- Slice the red onions and green onions. Mince the garlic cloves.
- Peel and slice the carrots.
- Chop the green and red bell peppers.
- Dice the tomatoes and set all vegetables aside.
2- Sauté Aromatics:
- Heat a large cooking disc over medium heat.
- Add a splash of olive oil.
- Sauté the red onions and garlic until fragrant and soft, about 5 minutes.
3- Cook the Vegetables:
- Add the carrots, green and red bell peppers, and tomatoes to the disc.
- Stir occasionally and let them cook for another 10 minutes until they begin to soften.
