Instructions

1- Prepare the Bananas:

  • Peel, wash, and grate the green bananas.
  • Place the grated bananas in a bowl and season with a dash of Grace Black Pepper, a little bit of Grace Garlic Powder, and a dash of Grace Onion Powder. Mix well.

2- Prepare the Coconut Milk Base:

  • On your portable gas stove, place a cooking pot over heat. Pour in 1 can of Grace Classic Coconut Milk, diluted with 2 cups of water.
  • Add chopped sweet pepper and cilantro. Season with a shake of Grace Malher Chicken Flavor Seasoning.
