Instructions

1- Prep the Potatoes:

  • In a large pot, bring water to boil and salt it slightly.
  • Add the small potatoes into the boiling water and cook until tender when poked with a fork, about 15-20 minutes.

2- Prepare the Potatoes for Baking:

  • Preheat the oven to 450Β°F (230Β°C).
