  • Place the large metal disco over a hot charcoal grill until thoroughly heated.

2- Start Cooking:

  • Pour 2-3 tablespoons of oil into the disco.
  • Add the chicken pieces and brown each side for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.

3- Season:

  • Generously season the chicken with salt.

4- Add Vegetables:

  • Mix in the sliced bell peppers, onions, and carrots around and over the chicken.
  • Lightly salt the vegetables.

5- Add Sausage and Spices:

  • Incorporate the sausage pieces and sprinkle paprika over the ingredients.
