Instructions

1- Prepare Bell Peppers:

  • Take 1/2 red bell pepper and 1/2 green bell pepper.
  • Cut them in half, remove the seeds and white pith.
  • Slice into thin strips and finely dice into small cubes (brunoise).
  • Place in a stainless steel mixing bowl.

2- Prepare Tomato:

  • Halve the pear tomato.
  • Slice into thin strips and dice into small cubes, leaving skin and seeds intact.
  • Add to the mixing bowl.

3- Prepare Onion:

  • Halve the onion, peel off the outer skin.
  • Finely dice into small cubes (brunoise).
  • Add to the mixing bowl.

4- Add Liquids:

  • Squeeze the juice from 1/2 lemon into the bowl.
  • Pour in 100cc of sunflower oil and 3 tablespoons of alcohol vinegar.

5- Season:

  • Season with salt and black pepper.

6- Mix:

  • Stir all ingredients thoroughly with a spoon until well combined.
  • Adjust seasoning as desired.

7- Store:

  • For preservation, transfer salsa into a clean glass jar.
  • Add a layer of sunflower oil on top, sealing the vegetables.
  • Close jar tightly and refrigerate for extended freshness.
