Ingredients

🦞 2 Lobster Tails, 8-10 ounces each

🌢️ A drizzle of Marie Sharp's "Beware" Comatose Heat Level Habanero Pepper Sauce
πŸ”₯ A sprinkle of Marie Sharp's Sweet Habanero Pepper Sauce
🍯 A generous amount of Sweet Baby Ray's Award Winning Barbecue Sauce
🌽 1 can of Happy Harvest Sweet Corn, Creamed
πŸ§‚ A generous amount of Old Bay Seasoning

Instructions

1- Preparation of the Lobster Tails:

  • Begin by cleaning the lobster tails carefully, removing the small legs from the underside for easier eating.
  • Arrange the cleaned lobster tails in a foil-lined baking pan.

2- Butterflying the Lobster Tails:

  • Using a sharp knife, slice each lobster tail down the middle from the tail end upwards, without cutting through the top shell, to butterfly.
  • Gently open the tails to expose the succulent meat.

3- Seasoning and Marinating:

  • Insert the butter pieces generously into the cut-open lobster meat.
  • Drizzle Marie Sharp's Beware Hot Sauce and sprinkle the Sweet Habanero Pepper Sauce over the lobster tails.
  • Apply a generous amount of Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce, ensuring the meat is well-coated.

4- Cooking the Lobster Tails:

  • Preheat your Weber Spirit gas grill to 400Β°F.
  • Cover the baking pan completely with Reynolds Wrap aluminum foil to steam the lobster.
  • Place the foil-covered pan on the grill’s middle grates and cook for 20 minutes.

5- Preparing Optional Creamed Corn:

  • Open a can of Happy Harvest Sweet Corn and place it in a bowl.
  • Add a pat of butter and generously sprinkle Old Bay seasoning.
  • Heat the creamed corn in the microwave until hot.

6- Serving:

  • Carefully remove the pan from the grill after 20 minutes.
  • Unveil the beautifully cooked lobster by gently peeling back the foil.
  • Serve directly from the pan with optional creamed corn on the side.

Cooking Tips

  • Ensure the butter melts over the lobster meat by placing enough underneath and on top.
  • The aluminum foil tent over the lobster tails helps retain moisture, making the lobster meat tender.
  • Use ample barbecue sauce for a sweet and tangy glaze.
