Ingredients
š« 2-4 squares dark chocolate
š¾ 1 cup oats (ground into flour)
š„ 2-3 generous spoonfuls chocolate peanut butter
š§ 1/2-1 tsp baking powder
š„ 1/2 to 3/4 cup milk enough to make a pourable batter
š¦ 1/2-1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1- Prepare Chocolate:
- Chop the dark chocolate bar into small squares to use as the molten center.
2- Make Oat Flour:
Grind the oats in a grinder or food processor until you achieve a fine flour consistency.
Transfer this to a mixing bowl.
3- Combine Ingredients:
Add the chocolate peanut butter and oat flour to the bowl.
Mix in the baking powder and vanilla extract.
4- Mix Batter:
- Gradually add milk to the mixture, whisking continuously to form a smooth and pourable batter.
5- Prepare Molds:
- Pour half of the batter into two small aluminum foil baking molds, ensuring an even layer.
6- Add Chocolate Core:
- Place a piece of chopped dark chocolate in the center of the batter in each mold.
7- Cover and Preheat:
Cover the chocolate center with the remaining batter, making sure the chocolate is fully enclosed.
Preheat your air fryer if necessary (temperature is usually around 180°C/350°F).
8- Bake in Air Fryer:
Carefully place the molds into the air fryer basket.
Bake for about 8-15 minutes or until the cakes are risen and golden brown on top.
